The first update of the official web site of Carbonana Castle, accessible online as of mid-December, adds three new illustrated sections and a revised main browsing menu.
This sections contains two photo galleries that give the user an idea of the before and after of the restoration of Carbonana Castle. The page is introduced by the architects Daria Ripa di Meana and Bruno Salvatici who piloted the restoration project of the castle.
This section contains two photo galleries which enable the user to visualize the grounds surrounding the castle before and the gardens after the execution of the landscaping project. It is introduced by the landscape architect who designed and supervised the landscaping project, Ronald Holbrook.
This section contains two photo galleries which present the user with visuals of the before and after restoration of the castle’s chapel. This page will be later enriched with new updates and texts describing the history of the chapel and the restoration process especially regarding the chapel’s fresco.
